They brought in a large team to ensure the project was done correctly and efficiently. They also made sure to use drop cloths and plastic around the house to keep dust off of my furniture. "This is the second time we have hired Groundworks (formerly Bakers Waterproofing) to perform work at our house. The first project was in 2017 when we had the waterproofing system installed. We called Groundworks a few weeks ago to get an estimate on lifting our front sidewalk and stairs that have sunk a lot over the past year. The steps had sunk to the point that the railings were not connected to the house, making it very unsafe for anyone coming into the front of our home. Aaron Lenker & Corbin Gillichbover were very professional and knowledgeable when they arrived to assess our sidewalk and steps to lift them. They left our sidewalk and the surrounding area better than when they arrived. Our steps and sidewalk are now level, and the railings are securely attached to the house again. We are thrilled! I would highly recommend Groundworks if you need a basement waterproofing system or any concrete lifted."

"The provider started the work on my home. The work he has done so far is good and they initially were very friendly. However, still has not been back to finish the job. I have already paid in full for the service. I called 2 weeks ago and he said he would be here but never showed up. He informed me he would call me back but still has not returned my call. We agreed on a price range from $30,000- $35, 000 and the price exceeded that. He still has not installed a screen door to my house, my counter tops, or my kitchen sinks. Their is electrical wiring showing everywhere, and they have not completed the paint job.

They came back and finished the job. They did an excellent job handling the complaints that I had. I will actually be having them come back and do more work for me. They are really nice men, and they have worked twice as hard for me, making everything handicap accessible for my son."
