I am very impressed by his extra efforts to eliminate several old coffee stains in my carpet and it looks great. He also has a spanking clean van and all his equipment and hoses are carefully cleaned after the work is done so it arrives like new for the next customer. Very conscientious. Plus a really nice guy.
