I am very impressed by his extra efforts to eliminate several old coffee stains in my carpet and it looks great. He also has a spanking clean van and all his equipment and hoses are carefully cleaned after the work is done so it arrives like new for the next customer. Very conscientious. Plus a really nice guy. They were here within 3 working days of my call to schedule. Joe quoted me a special price on the phone. While he wrote his price on day of service. I reminded Joe of his phone quote, and he quickly met that price. I did not have to clean up much at all and they did NOT bring machines into my house, just hoses. There was one scratch on a bedroom dresser, but it cleaned up with wax and furniture stain ( canâ  t see it at all). Joe presented me the various add on services ( mold, insects..,) but did not insist and even recommended not doing one option. I believe I got the best of services for the best of prices."
