My roof was 20+ years old & required full OSB on top. Hunter my project manager was very transparent & kept me in the loop consistently as the project unfolded & helped me update the financing (due to full OSB adding labor & product) with zero hassle. The workers themselves were very nice and courteous. I felt fully informed & had a dialogue from initial appointment setup to project completion. They came back out to look at it and said the unit needed to be replaced. Now, four months later, we get a $90 bill for the second visit. After talking to them, there was no compromise on the second charge. Horrible customer service."
