My floors were incorrectly installed and bubbled in multiple places after only a few weeks. When they came out to evaluate the issue and develop a solution, they appeared clueless and never responded to my text messages and phone calls. I had to hire a flooring contractor to redo their work. Ultimately, they performed adequately on everything except the floors. And they took way too long to complete the work."
