He didn't use our hoses to clean up so there was no paint (stain) in our sink, driveway or paths to the house. He cleans everything in his trailer. He arrives on time and communicates effectively to keep you informed of progress and or delays. He didn't leave tools or rags around the deck and provides little extras such as extra bolts to provide better support to railings.
