He didn't use our hoses to clean up so there was no paint (stain) in our sink, driveway or paths to the house. He cleans everything in his trailer. He arrives on time and communicates effectively to keep you informed of progress and or delays. He didn't leave tools or rags around the deck and provides little extras such as extra bolts to provide better support to railings. He is very conscious of your time and schedules around any conflicts you may have. I highly recommend Neil and I have hired him to do 2 more projects for us. Great Guy and very reasonably priced. We never had a walkway put in so there was quite a bit of work to be completed. All the work was completed in an excellent, professional manner, with new stairs relocated leading to the driveway. He added a walkway and cleaned up all our overgrown vegetation. The deck was sanded back to original wood, deck sealer and painted beautifully.
