I had called on the morning of April 29th about two large bushes and one tree stump removal and was set up for an estimate the following Monday. But nature intervened and I feared our small project would be pushed back far on their roster. He called and arrived on May 2nd to give an estimate since was already in the neighborhood and proposed two additional services which we had not even thought about and were happy to include. And for a very reasonable price. Despite the extent of their continued heavy schedule they were able to fit in this smaller project today, a wait of only two weeks and performed a very fast, tidy, and visually pleasing result. While the tree was removed quickly I have been waiting over two months to get the stump removed. When I call I just get excuses that the stump removal equipment is broken. No one will talk to me but the receptionist. Very frustrating."

"To say that our experience with D&N was a disaster is an understatement. Last July, we hired D&N to grade our yard, install french drains, and install a retaining wall and fence. When we met with D&N, we were told that this would be a quick job and should only take a few weeks. We then found out that they would be subcontracting our retaining wall. We were pleased, as our meeting was very professional. That's where it ended. Not only was it impossible to coordinate with their team, we were constantly told that they would be out to work and then wouldn't show up. A few months in, we find out that this is a side gig for they're team and they all have full time jobs. Fastforward to 8 months later, the job was "finished." During spring, we notice that the french drains are not working properly. When we reached out to D&N, we were told that they had nothing to do with it. Absolutely unprofessional. We've spent weeks fixing issues that should have been taken care of. Do not hire!"

And Mike came to evaluate. They were thorough and provided a very doable estimate. From their attention to detail, i felt confident they would do a good job for the cost. They called ahead and showed up as scheduled. They worked a hard 2-days of 10-11-hrs. I could not believe it was the same drive; leveled and smooth with new asphalt, holes and ruts eliminated and catch basins and water diversion added. I feel it was money very well spent and would recommend Red Dog and its conscientious workers without reservation."
