It would have been completely understandable if Steve, the owner, would’ve opted out from doing the work. But instead, he jumped in, provided a fair price and brought only licensed and expert tradesmen onto the project to get the property sold. After experiencing his dedication to this project, and seeing first hand that he went above and beyond of what was expected, I hired him to renovate my home. Steve is very thorough, honest and was always ready to answer any questions that I had. He kept me updated daily regarding the progress of the construction and assured me that the renovation would be done on time. They installed new lighting and plumbing and beautiful tile work. All throughout the renovation, Fred kept us up to date on the progress and explained everything in detail.
