"I was with this company for more than 15 years. I always paid my bill on time and they provided great service over the years. I was just feed up with the increase of there pricing. First came the fuel surcharge, which is a joke. I pay at the pump just like everything else. That’s not my problem, we all live with that issue. If they want to increase the cost, then just do it. Little things like that tend to upset people like me. Then came the document fee. Another thing to upset me. Really over 15 years of being a loyal customer and now you want to be that way. That was my final straw. I’ve since cancelled my service and they even picked up there bucket. I never even ask for my deposit back because I know and have heard from many people that they will not return it. As fare as I’m concerned they can choke on it. What’s really funny is that they have since sent me a bill stating my payment is now over due and they added a 10 dollar late fee. Give me a break that’s funny as h***. They owe me money if anyone owes anyone anything. They other company I hired is much cheaper with no b******* fees. That’s what made me fire them."
