Cody tech came out 5 minutes says we only cover blockages. And took my $50 copay. Did nothing. I cut pipe open and there was a rock constricting 3/4 of the drain hole. After Joe hung up on my when I expressed his poor customer service and attitude, they neglected to answer next call. Kate was also rude over speaking me cutting me off a speed talking while trying to document notes. I do not recommend this company. I fear they treat people poorly and take advantage of the average home owner. I have been doing customer service for 21 years I never experience this kind of treatment or violation of privacy or disrespect. Nor would I service my clients this way. He also deleted his yelp after our call. I’m a 39 year old man single home owner no matter what the issue clients deserve respect. I wouldn’t trust this person in my home with the level of treatment they provided. When I expressed if they hung up on my again or continue to speak over me I would travel in person to speak professionally, they used the “harassment card” ."
