Sent an email and was called back basically was told I was a liar because “their guys stated they did the job and can you show me pictures to prove it“. It’s called by another guy asked me if I had the materials at the house and I asked why would I have materials? You’re the contractor. Two days go by no response after emails. Fourth day get a call from someone saying I need to pay the subcontractor for the materials even though my bill with Mounts R Us, has all payments through them. Immediately asked for a refund or deposit 650because none of this was in the statement. No refund was given and filed a complaint."
