"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me. Overall, they're good designs. However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning. I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question. I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done. If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"There were two of them, a man and a woman. The woman did her part of the job which was the kitchen, bathroom and scrubbing down. She always did her work very well so I have her an A. But the man who did the sweeping and dusting was not so thorough. He work was quite satisfactory; his was rushed and not thorough. Before I used them again I would talk to them about what my concerns were. I would try them again but I would let them know just what I have in mind. I believe they are trying hard and working hard. I saw some recent reviews for them online and some of them were not very good ones for them. I would just want to be a little more encouraging for them ex especially if they are new in business and trying to balance a tough schedule.
