    Nevin was great! I am a shoes off at the door person, so I didn't think my carpets were that bad (especially my upstairs), but after he was finished the difference was remarkable. I have always been a cat owner so there were several spots on my light beige carpet that I couldn't get clean, but he was able to do so. My carpets are 14 years old and they look brand new. He was quick but thorough and explaining everything. I highly recommend his services and won't hesitate to call him again

    It went really well. The tech showed up on time, was friendly and professional and did a great job. He spot cleaned stains and cleaned all our carpets. It made a huge difference since I don't believe the carpets had ever been professionally cleaned by the previous owner in the 10 years since the home was built. We will definitely use Chem-Dry again, probably yearly to keep our carpets clean since we have young children and pets

    Eric and Zachary have come to my parents' house twice and done all kinds of tasks for them that my parents couldn't easily do themselves (clearing out their packed-full attic, deep cleaning the basement, trimming hedges, cleaning tile floors in the master bedroom [and removing and putting back all the furniture to do so], hauling truckloads of stuff away...) and they'll be back soon to clean and seal all the grout on the house's first floor. They're a godsend--super efficient, easy to deal with, up for anything, and very reasonably priced. Hard workers who take pride in performing tasks thoroughly and perfectly and who go above and beyond. Highly recommended

    I think we had one extra thing done above their standard. There was a little bit of a mix up when I talked to them on the phone to make the arrangements. They said to go ahead and move as much of the furniture out of the two rooms as you can and have it ready for them. When the crew got here, and they saw half of our furniture out on the front porch they said, “what’s all of this doing out here?” I said, “we were told to move everything that we could handle.” They said, “oh no, we’re supposed to move it for you.” So, having a bad back and moving all that furniture didn’t do me a whole lot of good, but that’s what happened. Otherwise the cleaning went well. It was a good price for that. It turned out that they did a real good job. I would probably try someone else to see what else is out there on the public market
