We do mold inspection, testing, and remediation work. "Mold remediation was OK, but -- their guarantee using "Calbrite" is misleading. It only applies if humidity levels are kept below 60% humidity, which is the minimum humidity level for mold to grow. Their installation of a whole house dehumifier as a complete disaster. I'm left with an $1800 dehumidifier that doesnt work. It leaks water on the floor. They also installed blowin-in insulation, which resulted in areas of the attic which are now unusable. I was not informed that ceiling fixtures needed to be isolated from the insulation, and that cat-walks needed to be installed to have access to areas of the attic that needed maintenance, such as a/c system, etc. I do not recommend Expediant."

"He was hired to do a home inspection on a house we were buying. Being first time homeowners we put complete trust into him. The day we moved in (it was raining of course) I heard a drip. The roof was leaking and it had come through the drywall and was leaking onto our floor. How could that be? We JUST had an inspection. Found out that the guy he sent out didn’t go into our cubby hole (because there were boxes in the way and he was unable to move them which was a lie) but had he went in there he would have noticed the mold growing inside from the constant water leak. Argued with Paul and he did pay for the repair. Come to find out we have another leak. This time I had a contractor come out, after 4 estimates I’ve found out I need a brand new roof. How could he miss that? The shingles are not even on straight. It doesn’t take a roofer to notice that’s not right. Would never put my home in his hands."

"We asked our realtor for a “pit bull” inspector and she recommended this company. We were present with the inspector and asked a lot of questions and listened intently to his concerns and observations. We left feeling like we had some issues but nothing major. Well, after settlement it became clear that the inspector missed a huge carpenter ant infestation that damaged the entire back of the house including walls and beams. He missed leaking windows and pipes that had cause mold and mildew damage in two separate areas of the house. He missed several areas of roof damage and a decaying rotting exterior chime to structure. When I pointed to the ceiling and said is that brown spot a leak he said no, that’s just a missed paint spot! We made settlement after what we thought was a good inspection report. It turns out that we had to spend tens of thousands of dollars on critical repairs that the inspector missed or assured us were minor. The roof and window leaks were severe. The carpenter ant infestation was critical. Needless to say we were very angry and extremely disappointed that these things got missed and we got misled. We would not recommend this inspector to others."
