We had to make repeated calls over several months to have technician come back to finish job. Technician came back to finish. He didn't bring a ladder, so convinced us that it was not necessary to extend vent over roof line. With vent extended half way up a two story house, we now have dirt and mold at the exit site of the vent. Nobody will respond to our written inquiries about coming back to extend the system over the roof line, which was how the job was quoted and how we paid for the service. This firm is the biggest joke out there! I waited endlessly, listening to excuse after excuse, as to why after 6 weeks, I was still showering at a friends home. The uncertified, unlicensed plumber they sent to my home was often not there when he was supposed to be, and he neglected to to properly install my tub. The tub does not hold water as they never even unwrapped it on the bottom, just hooked up the pipes, but not the trap. The contractor I had to call to come fix the work was literally appalled at the lack of plumbing knowledge. The sink replacement we had installed was put in with the piping on the trap UPSIDE DOWN and it leaked every time it was run, which ruined the shoddy flooring job they put in. There was so much caulking everywhere that it looked like a second grader put it on, literally two inch wide swaths on little seams, and many had dirt and debris stuck in it. My toilet was installed with no nuts and the bolts were never cut down or covered, so they stuck up out of the floor, but didn't do anything to seal the toilet to the floor. I had to ask repeatedly to have the trim that was paid for installed, and even then it was done improperly and was scuffed and damaged and not fitted properly. He demanded payment before finishing the job, promising to fix everything, but he then ceased to take my phone calls. He is nothing more than a common thief, and I would highly recommend you to stay FAR away from this horrible company!"},"url":"https://www.angi.com/companylist/us/pa/state-college/enviroedge-solar-contracting-inc-reviews-7394157.htm"},"position":10}]}

From start to 90% finished, I was really content with the work they were doing and would recommend them to someone looking for affordable outdoor work. I think my only complaint would be that they didnâ t finish the last 5-10% of work. Either way, the remaining work is pretty minor so if you...

FAQs for concrete finishing projects in Spring Mills, PA
Concrete repair costs range anywhere from about $0.10 to $0.15 per linear foot to fill minor cracks, to about $6 to $14 per square foot to replace damaged concrete slabs. Repair costs vary widely depending on the size and type of work needed. For example, replacing 100 square feet of driveway will cost between $600 to $1,400, on average.
The average cost of stamped concrete is around $12 per square foot, but you might pay anywhere from $8 to $28 per square foot. The average 12-foot by 12-foot patio costs $1,730 on average. Your exact pricing will depend on the patio’s square footage, the condition of the area where you want to pour the concrete, the desired stamp pattern, concrete coloring, concrete grade, and local labor prices. Don’t forget to budget for extra costs like land preparation and additional concrete fortifications if necessary.
Depending on the cost to repair your driveway, it may be more cost effective to tear out and replace it with a new concrete driveway. The cost to repave a driveway ranges between $1,400 and $12,100, including removal of the old concrete. Contact a reputable concrete contractor for advice and an estimate. They may have a good reason for going with repairs or replacement after assessing your driveway. You may also have the option to resurface your driveway or pave over it without taking out the existing one.
It’s possible to create stamped concrete yourself, but we don’t recommend it and it’s often not cost-effective. It’s easy to mess up the pattern of a stamped concrete patio or walkway, leaving you with an unsightly home exterior rather than the elegant solution you wanted. Any mistakes made during the ground leveling and concrete pouring process will also increase the risk of cracks forming on your concrete. Additionally, buying enough stamps to get the pattern in before your concrete cures can cost as much as hiring a professional to do the work for you.
Concrete contractors typically charge anywhere from $6 to $14 per square foot. Cost factors include job size, site prep, base material, accessibility, your location, concrete finish, and concrete thickness. Removal of existing concrete, asphalt, deck, pavers, and grass will cost anywhere from $1 to $6 per square foot. Homeowners can often save money by removing and disposing of existing pavers, decks, and grass. Breaking up and hauling away concrete and asphalt is difficult and time-consuming without the proper equipment and may be worth having the pros do that work.
