We used Mike and Tim for a previous french drain project, and a new concrete step. For this project, a different contractor was installing the doors but we had problems with him. So we called Mike and Tim to finish the job. They were very understanding of the job, the issues, and what I wanted from the job. Mike is open to discussing multiple options and job outcomes. They have mutliple trucks and tool sets. When they showed up on the first day, they assessed the situation and got to work right away. The interior door was not straight and they poured a small level new concrete base for it (it is in the garage / workshop room). Then that door was installed perfectly square and straight. The exterior door was going through a brick wall. They used some wider than standard brick molding so the wavy cut from the other contractor was covered properly. It looks good. The door was straight and opens perfectly. There was some electrical work that needed finished and they did that. They also fixed up many cracked morter lines in our bricks. Lastly they had to pour a concrete sloped ramp up to the door. They have poured several other concrete steps for us and all have come out great. This sloped ramp was exactly like I wanted it and the finish is nice and roughed up for good traction. The guys clean up after the job is done. Their prices are very reasonable, and their work gets done quickly and at a good pace, when they say it will be done. They wanted to go above and beyond to make sure the job was done right for us. I can't say how pleased I am with their work and would recommend them to anyone!
