"Henry [Consumer Name Removed], ( retired professor). We did that job in the spring of 2019. My workers were berated by you to the point I had to intervene. Not professional at all. We ground off all of the old coatings that had not already fallen off. I remember stating that the concrete block in the existing foundation was deteriorating prematurely and failing . Recommending that the block should be replaced by a mason. You did not want to go that route yet you requested I proceed. Approximately 6 months later you informed me of an area that had bubbled . I came out and showed you where pieces of the concrete block were sticking to the produ"
