Radon Reduction, Radon Detection
Technician first showed up and started job by installing part of system in basement.
We had to make repeated calls over several months to have technician come back to finish job.
Technician came back to finish. He didn't bring a ladder, so convinced us that it was not necessary to extend vent over roof line.
With vent extended half way up a two story house, we now have dirt and mold at the exit site of the vent. Nobody will respond to our written inquiries about coming back to extend the system over the roof line, which was how the job was quoted and how we paid for the service.
