"Dana and his crew did quality work for a reasonable price. I reached out to numerous places for an estimate. He was one of the few who actually showed up to give me an estimate and one of even fewer who actually followed through with a written estimate. He took the time to answer questions, make suggestions, and provide a timeline of when the work could begin and end. It was clear from the start that Dana cares about his clients and wants to make them happy. He stayed in communication throughout the project and was always just a text or phone call away. Throughout the remodel, he pointed things out, provided suggestions, and even changed things after we changed our mind (Thanks for relocating that door). He was always on time and let us know who would be there and when. Besides the great work that Dana did, what really separates him from the rest is his honesty. There were a couple of occasions where he could have passed on some additional cost to me for some unexpected things during the renovation but he did not. I know that probably doesn’t paint a clear picture but all you need to know is that he is honest. Honest, hardworking, stays in communication and does great work. Not sure what more you can ask for. He will be our first call when we are ready to remodel our bathroom! And if you happen to have a German shepherd, Dana and your dog will become best of friends. Our dog still misses him!"

"Price Gouging/COVID19 Profiteering Alert! Thanks Mallard Plumbing for over-charging me on my new water heater. Home guide says a new gas water heater should run $600-$1,800. Mallard picked my pocket for $2,900 for a standard 40 gallon Bradford White install. We were "up against it" as the next Saturday morning we had to attend my 36 year old nephews funeral. I tried to buy local and Mallard Plumbing certainly put it to me. $800 per hour for a plumber?"
