"We purchased this home on a Friday and decided earlier that week that the hardwood floors needed to be refinished before we moved in the following week. Allen stepped up and offered to do the job over the weekend. The house is nearly 100 years old and it looked like a previous owner tried to refinish the floors themselves and it showed. "Carpets are 13 years old in living room, dining room and guest bedroom. They came up like new. I was especially pleased with the grout cleaning in the master bath. My kitchen floor looked dingy because there were black dots on the floor where dirt had built up. Now the floor has been restored to its original appearance. One upholstered chair was still dark on the arms where there was piping. I called Clean Wave Carpet and they came back to remedy the problem. I thought they were only going to spot clean the chair. Instead they recleaned the entire chair .. Craig and his wife Sherry are very thorough and conscientious. They did a great job and I would certainly recommend them and use their services again."

"Shawn is a consummate professional in and out, and it showed right from the get go. Unlike others I've seen, I didnt have to tell him to put on shoe covers for example - he saw that I had good hardwood floors and did it himself on entry. He took the time to explain everything, answered all my questions, the work was outstanding, and when he left he even gave me free shoe covers to protect my floors in the future !  The next day, he followed up with an email to check in. I just wish all of the servicemen were like him - cannot say enough good things. Go with him, you will not be disappointed.
