I contacted Pinnacle and Manny was there to inspect the issue within a couple of hours. They used drone technology to capture images of the exterior to identify the source of the problem. They took steps to remediate the issue inside the home and as soon as the outside temperatures allowed, returned to repair/replace the damaged areas of the Philadelphia gutter and drainage system.
