Their roof inspector was much more thorough than the other roofing companies who sent roofers here to give me estimates. I donĂ¢ t really know about the quality of the work because it is a flat roof and too high for me to see it.

Very good experience. The staff were friendly and professional and I would gladly recommend them. Only gave 4.5 stars as there was no discount for multiple purchases. Initially wanted only one skylight replaced and then decided to have all four replaced. I would have thought there would be discount when buying four as opposed to buying just one, but the price was just four times the initial price.

One person came out and blindly did some repair which consisted of caulking a few small holes in my metal roof from storm damage which took no more than one hour and I was charged $800.00. I still need a whole roof replacement which is going to run around $55K and they have not even gotten back to me to follow up. I feel like they bent me over pretty well. I would recommend calling someone else who is more appreciative.

"Hi Mr. Brad B., Sorry you feel this way and we can understand the frustrating that the ice damage to your snow guard system caused. You contacted us on 3/12/21; We got someone out on 3/17/21 as you had an active leak (less than 1wk). Our technician did a full and thorough inspection and took photos and provided them to you and a report showing the damage that you mentioned you would be putting an insurance claim in. You authorized the $99 service fee and $681 in temporary repairs, and acknowledged that all the work was performed to your satisfaction. We had a manager call to see if there was anything else we could assist with or any issues or if the repairs were not working. Please do not be slanderous when we did everything we did to help and accurate as there was nothing "blindly done" for the thorough report and repairs completed. Best regards with your project sir; we are always working to communicate better and will continue to do so."
