We were very pleased with the attention they both paid to the details that were important to us and the time they spent solving the unique challenges our particular remodel project presented. "The construction went beautifully. Jeff Ramsey completed the bathroom and went above and beyond what we expected. Living in a home built in 1847 has its challenges as in needing to reinforce the floor to ensure this old house would support our newly tiled floors, tiled shower with glass doors, claw foot tub and marbled vanity. He was so calm and reassuring during the process which reflected on how we dealt with the renovation ourselves. They are absolutely wonderful. I am really delighted with their services. They are really wonderful people to work with, I think.

I feel that 24/7 Handymen really tried very, very hard to make sure that the customer is satisfied. I feel as if they go out of their way to deliver a good product at a good price. I also feel that when they come in to talk with you for the first time, and to get a general idea as to what you need to have done, they listen to what you say. For example, in my situation, I really needed new bathrooms and a new kitchen. I had a limited amount of money that I was willing to spend for it. And they were wonderful at working with me to keep me within the budget - within the amount of money that I was willing to spend. And I think that's really important.

Sometimes a contractor will come in and their focus is to get you to spend as much money as possible. Here, with 24/7, I explained what my long term plans are for the house, I explained how long I expect to be here, and what I wanted done, and the amount of money that I was willing to spend and they took it from there and they really, really ran with it.

Something else that a prospective customer might want to be aware of is that they do try to think creatively to solve problems that might crop up. Fore example, in one of the bathrooms, we very much wanted some additional storage space. Actually, we wanted some storage space. The old bathroom had virtually none. Its a very, very small bathroom. This is a house that was built in the early 1970's and its a town house and there's not a lot of space in the bathrooms. They are all small. But the contractor was able to come up with a really good solution that worked and that was extremely reasonable in price. So it might not have given us as much storage space as we would have liked, but for the amount of money they we were willing to invest, it was a very good solution.

In those situations where maybe they said 'I'll be there at 5 o'clock' and they weren't going to be able to make that because of getting tied up with something that happened earlier in the after noon, there was always a phone to call to say 'We have a bit of a problem. Would 6 o'clock work with you?'
