Unfortunately the tile in our bathroom was ceramic tile that could not withstand the vibration of the tool without chipping.We talked about removing the tile and putting in new,but we asked them to just try removing the grout first, They did it BY HAND. It took all day but they were successful. The next day it was sealed, and the floor looks like new!"
