I had never done renovations before, but CC&M made me very comfortable with the whole process. It's been a month and a half since the work was done, and I couldn't be happier. "Very well. I really admire Ken because he traveled a long, long way to do this work. He is very thorough and identified a much larger problem than the one I thought I had. Ken does nice work and sincerely tries to help. The only knock I have is that he was 2 hours late to the appointment. In fairness to him, he had to travel at least an hour to get to me and was unfamiliar with the roads, and he did keep in contact. That said, he was late starting the job."

"Jon is a very hard worker and does his best. The work on our floors did not turn out well. We hired him to refinish our hardwood floors. We are left with marks from the sanding, uneven staining and finish coat. Jon did say that he would come back and make it right but we decided to just do the work to correct ourselves. Just don't think that refinishing hardwoods is something he does very often."
