"The work was horrible, 1st they used spray to paint and the paint run down all over. I told them that spraying seems not to be working, so they scraped off the paint and then they brushed paint on, but when they brushed paint and the paint dried, you can actually see where the old scraped painting was and the work that they did doesn't look good at all."
