Once my unit was ready they installed immediately and despite challenges of being a building built in 1858 he and his team got it done. I was instantly impressed with the unit and can't say enough about being worth the cost! I could use my deck all day - despite the hotter than usual summer - had privacy with added screen - and the remote makes opening and closing it 'magic'. I wanted the option of removing coverage in the colder months so I could watch sunsets from inside. I will say the ads for Sunsetters don't do them justice - the canvas models are better looking than the ads show. Keith was low pressure but informative about the options. Glad I made the call and had one installed

- Loebrich Contracting IncExcellent contractor! Upon the first call to inquire about an awning for the back of my home, they were extremely helpful with all my questions and concerns. We set up a time for the consultant to visit us and he was there exactly at the time we agreed upon. After he showed us all the different types, sizes, fabrics and colors to choose from, we decided on a 17' sunsetter retractable. The consultant went over all options and we agreed upon a price that we thought was very competitive, so we ordered it. He incicated that it would be 4 to 8 weeks for installation and we were hoping for installation before 4th of July.After the initial consultant, one of their installers called and asked to stop by just to double check everything that was ordered...... everything was great. Surprise..... it only took 3 weeks...... Loebrich's called and we set up a time for installation....... Wednesday at noon. Exactly at noon on Wednesday, two men showed up ready for installation. It had to be the hottest day of the summer so far but they began immediatly and worked through the heat (I stayed in the cooler house). The job took about 3 hours and when done, everything was explained and demonstrated.I paid the guys and to my suprise......4 days later..... a thank-you card from the contractor!!!!!I'd recommend this contractor to everybody!! We love our new awning!

While he was there he noticed that a recently installed window was not caulked correctly and told me exactly how to correct it. He left stating that it would probably be about two weeks because the awnings are custom made. To my surprise, I came home from work 2 days later to find that the awning was already installed. He installed it well and the quality of the materials and color matching was excellent. The bill was exactly what he estimated...no surprise extra costs

When one of the things we agreed upon in our contract was not completed, we simply let them know & they rectified the issue without delay. The sales guy, Ray, was friendly, kind & professional. The office staff was very patient & helpful with the insurance claim process & kept in contact with us when things needed to be taken care of on our end. That was especially important because I was going through an illness at the time & I was not able to keep up with my normal routines. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time.
<br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot.
<br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction.

"Due to vandalism, every piece of exterior glass and mirrors had to be replaced. It took several weeks to get through the Insurance red tape then a couple more weeks to get all the glass in. Dave took care of all the headaches with insurance and kept me updated weekly with insurance and glass progress. They did even get me in on short notice before the glass came in to replace the rear wiper so it could pass inspection. Once they received all the parts they got it in and got the job done in the 3 days as quoted. Received it back very clean and in great condition.
