"It went well. After viewing both properties content, i was sent a couple of room plans.

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Quality job. We were very satisfied with the kitchen remodel. Fair pricing and easy to work with."

"I couldn't have asked for more! Mr. Gerhart was professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. He set my mind at ease when I thought my 94 year old house was no longer structurally sound. Although my old house is pretty rough, he showed me that I can tackle each issue one at a time. After all the expenditures I have made for my home up until this point, I was very happy that Gerhart Engineering charged me a reasonable price. I see my home situation in a much different light now. Many thanks to Mr. Gerhart."

"Tim, is extremely Knowledgeable in his field. He showed up on time and he was pleasant and nice to work with. Tim put together drawings for a retainer wall I had built. I was very pleased with the drawing. He certified the drawing and signed off. Tim, thanks a lot. I highly recommend Tim if you need an experience Engineer that deals with retainer walls. Wanda.
