We selected Premier Granite and Stone as our fabricator for the granite countertops for our new kitchen based on recommendations from several people we know who used them, and we could not be more pleased.  From our first contact with Kemper (the gentleman we worked with) at Premier Granite to the final product, we cannot say enough positive things about our entire experience.   Kemper was exceptional to work with and his customer service talents were extraordinary.  The first granite we selected from a granite supplier was inferior in quality and Premier contacted us about the problem as soon as they got the piece delivered to them.  Then Kemper sent us to a different granite supplier in Cranberry to choose a different granite slab. Even though our selection was a higher quality, Premier honored their original price for the fabrication and even gave us a credit because of the inconvenience we were caused.  They scheduled our day for the template and were punctual and extremely knowledgeable and made excellent recommendations.  Then we went to their facility for the layout, which was a phenomenal experience!  I loved being able to see what my kitchen granite would look like on a computer screen because I was able to choose the best layout of my granite for my island and my entire kitchen.  They showed me 2 completely different looks and I chose the one I liked better.  Each person we worked with at Premier was so wonderful.  Today was the installation and the crew that showed up were on time and extremely pleasant and professional.  They were accommodating and the quality of the work is exceptional.  We are extremely pleased with the final result.  Premier Granite & Stone is a company who lives up to their word!  Everything they told us they would do, they did!

They made many trips up and down my stairs and worked in 90 degree heat with no complaints. They did a fantastic job on my basement. "We needed a new fan installed in our guest bathroom and contacted Premier Resources. Chris Plevniack and his father came out to the house the next day to assess our situation. After going into the attic, they found a number of issues that needed to be addressed. Chris showed us photos he’d taken with his phone in the attic---neither of the two bathroom fans were actually discharging outside—they were spewing humidity into the attic! In addition, there was an area of mold brewing. Needless to say this became a bigger project than we’d intended but we are very happy with the results. Chris was super responsive (by email and texting, which I really appreciated). And they were able to accommodate our need to get this work done prior to a guest coming to visit. Chris and his dad were really careful not to track any dirt into the house—they put plastic and tarps on all the carpeted and hard floor areas they would be traveling. And they cleaned up so that it was hard to tell they’d even been here! Chris kept us regularly informed of the progress during the 2+ days of work. He also gave us some good advice about other areas we might need to attend to in the future. It was easy to tell that these two guys were perfectionists and did things the right way—metal ducts instead of the flexible kind (with double insulation), venting directly out of the roof instead of through the soffits, repositioning of the fans, cleaning off the mold and sealing the wood, etc. We were also impressed with the final patching and painting job on the textured ceiling of both bathrooms—Chris’ dad did a fantastic job. We would highly recommend Premier to anyone considering any remodeling—they are pleasant, responsive, reliable and they’ll do the job right!"
