"Trent was kind, professional, HONEST and respectful. I reached out and he messaged within the hour. After brief conversation on the phone he was able to fit me in for a free water testing and system inspection that same day. I mentioned a 3 stage water system upgrade and after the water test we found our water system was working well. He provided suggestions as alternative approaches to itchy skin we experienced. After we did our own research we agreed to have him install a UVC light with an additional filter for good measure. We called and he inspected on Tuesday and he was there with the install on Sunday that same week! Amazing. Talked us through the tests and results and provided us with informational pamphlets as well as transparency about his product vendor. Once the job was complete he tested the system and taught us about it and maintenance procedures. He was kind & patient. The pipe work install was well done and beautiful. He minded the space and existing plumbing."

I appreciate that he did the job in a timely matter, but made sure it was done right and to code. He was quick to respond, even over a holiday weekend. "Great experience from the get-go. Owner Bill did estimate himself; was a straight shooter with much experience. Didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need. Office staff Amberly, Tara & Jennifer were quick to respond to my emails & calls. Onsite workers Mike, Al, Brandon & "Mellow" were attentive to my needs/requests and worked their butts off hand-digging ditches in my rocky ground with few breaks. No more puddles in my garage and gutter water is now draining many feet from my house. This is the only local company that I could find who worked with downspout drainage issues. Great job all! "This project was the complete remodel of a split entry, three-bedroom house (in various states of disrepair). I was given a thorough estimate, and we reviewed the work scope in great detail. Even when confronted with some unexpected issues (items that were not obvious until we begin the demo) midstream, they gave me complete Information so that I could make an informed decision on how to proceed. Their work is excellent, they are reliable and easy to communicate with, they are proud of what they do and want you to be happy with the results. My project included general construction, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical assessment. I highly recommend Powerhouse and will continue to use them for my general contracting needs. "Ehhh. Most of the job they completed seems fine. We have not had any major issues yet. There is still one smaller issue they have yet to resolve. I reached out and the owner said he would let us know when they could send someone but it has been several weeks now and we have not heard from them. The biggest issue has been communication, which is awful! When we initially met with with owner, he seemed great. He was down to earth and explained things well. After they started there was zero communication. We had no idea what was going on. Suddenly they stopped coming. They did not tell us they were done or explain anything about the new sump pump they installed. We were avoiding parts of the house they had closed off and we were keeping our animals locked in rooms for a few days without them showing. I had to call the owner to find out what happened. The workers also somehow got access to my garage through a code which we had never used and did not know. I personally saw someone get into my house that way instead using the front door. When I asked the owner about it, he basically called me a liar. So again although the job seems fine, the experience was not a good one. I would not use them again."

"I called Rick and he gave said he would stop by a few days later. He did and gave me a reasonable price along with a day to put in the drain. Him and his employees showed up on time and did a good and neat job. When they left the job site was clean. I am writing this review a few weeks later, and the drain works perfectly."
