"We agreed to have painting and sanding services with this individual. This person visited our home on the last week of June, 2018 and gave us a price and a timeline of 3 weeks to start the project on or about the 3rd week of August. Unfortunately, this individual showed at our house on the last week of August stating that he didn't want to do the work hence referring it to someone else for a more expensive price. Please be advised that we adjusted other contractors work to accommodate his services Additionally, he had full access to our house to do anything needed to do. Finally, when we needed to contact this person, he was very difficult to get into contact with. The end result was that we put everything on hold amd lost over 2 months of time with this individuals incompetence. My advice is to stay away!"
