They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. "Mark was great. Got us the lowest APR. Went through Quicken loans, which Quicken contacted us multiple times and couldnt come close to Marks rate on count of they put fees into there rates. Had problem getting our Title from last mortgage companey we were sold to (didnt have) and we had lost our legal copy do to Sandy. Had unofficial HUD pappers that seemed to help. Had to extend a little at a little extra cost, but was well worth it. Dont think we will ever Refi again, but if we have to, will defenatley call Mark again.
