I never had to play phone tag with them, and they called me promptly when the windows arrived for an install date.  The whole process went relatively smooth from start to finish.  The job I was most worried about was replacing an old bow window with a bay window.  I didn't think it could be done!  I can't believe I finally have the bay window I've always wanted!  Eve and Tom were very courteous and professional.  The installers, Bob and Kenny, were two of the hardest working men I've ever had at my house!  The installation took a day and a half.  They rarely stopped to take a break, and were very diligent about keeping the work area clean both inside and outside the house.  Bob was so detail-oriented, I knew he would not be satisfied until the windows were perfect and to my satisfaction.   I am very happy with my new windows!
