After removal of the deck it was discovered that there was electrical work that needed to be rerun to our pool pump house and a Jacuzzi we were replacing. This they had no problem incorporating into the job without batting an eye. Communication was good. And from the plan, to scheduling, to actually accomplishing the task, considering the bad weather we were having, everything was done professionally, and on time in spite of whatever obstacles were thrown in the way. The crew was professional and courteous, and went out of their way to protect all that was necessary around what they were doing. They went out of their way to meticulously clean up the job and ensure everything was to our complete satisfaction before calling it done. All was done in a timely manner in spite of the atrocious weather they had to work around and through in getting it finished. My wife and I could not be happier with the job, and I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have concrete work done for any reason."

"My reaching out to Jeff Steirer, the company owner, resulted in a prompt response. It was soon obvious that he was a focused, genuine and passionate owner of a very well run business. Our first visit was a sit down meeting in which my wife and I described our dream vision of all we would love to do with the space. Jeff was clearly enthusiastic to hear what we wanted, i.e. a comforting nature/wildlife oriented environment. He created a blue-print within a few days which he presented at another meeting, reviewing in detail all of the proposed plants and trees and their characteristics, and his thoughts as to why he considered them. In the end except for a few personal choices, we went along with his suggestions, and we were totally pleased. Jeff's business approach is to stay on the project until complete, and to not bounce from one job to another. He was often there personally working alongside his guys. His team, as described on his website were all great guys who were focused, hardworking, and very well mannered, who each day left the job site immaculately cleaned up. They were very mindful of avoiding damage in any way to the property as they worked, even daily laying down large sections of plywood to provide a path for the heavier equipment, then taking them up at end of day to avoid compressing the lawn. We had chosen a few very large trees that were impressively transported in and installed, which produced an immediate sense of a new environment taking hold. Then as the border plantings were created, everything came into place. The patio that they installed was beautiful. I was impressed by the amount of preparation before installing it, it took several days of prep before the paver stones were then skillfully laid in place. Great workmanship! As the business name states, we received a lovely "artistically designed" transformation of our backyard. I can't say enough about the quality, value, professionalism and customer service of the company. Top notch!"

Advice for other customers: If you have exposed-aggregate style slabs, collect come aggregate in advance, and add it on top of the wet cement used to fill the drill holes. This will help the holes blend in."
