"They did great job on install. But within a month it started crumbling, getting holes. Salt never out on driveway and all instructions followed. Every month that has gone by, the driveway has crumbled. Years later there are numerous holes, cracks, gravel exposed and other issues. Was told couldn’t do anything but seal again. Was told could have been bad concrete mix, but not worth it trying to fix. I think it was great experience, until the driveway started crumbling a month later. My driveway looks terrible. Compared to older and newer ones in neighborhood. It is still deterring now. Very disappointing outcome. Should have gone with lower priced vendor. Versa lock wall put in also bowing."

"Robert Yoder came to my house to do my yearly check up today 10/14/2025 He was such a nice out going person and very pleasant to talk to. He was very detailed on what he did and took pictures of what he did. He must of asked me 10 times if I had any questions or concerns ( as he was going through all the stuff that he did) about anything, which showed he really cared about me (the consumer) and his line of work that he does. "I hired Beaver Valley Lawn Service (A J) as I had a water problem and it was running onto my patio. He french drained it. Well just a few days after it rained and the water came down worse then before he did his work. I paid him over $6,000. Then he came to look at it and wanted $3,100. more he said to fix it. My children said no and we got someone else to do it the right way. He also never finished what he was to do according to the contract. He was to plant grass seed and put fertilizer on where they had dug up. My son has been trying to get the money back but he acts like he has an attorney and he will send us a letter. We just want our money back. DO NOT HIRE HIM. I had to mark something in where it ask what work I had done because it does't give you an option to put in what was done at my home and it won't go through without something in the box."

"job was done in a timely manner, however was not done in a professional workman like manner, Which the contract states it would be done. When the estimator came he explained what would be done to eliminate water issue. When we asked how does water get removed outside and how they would undermine stairs and walls he simple stated the installers will go over that with you when they come. The installers said they would be channeling under the step and walls, which are only 2 1/2 inch walls. The last step was also a simple channel as well. More time consuming perhaps, when you charge $3000.00 more than another contractor, homeowners are believing they are getting a professional job! They cut her stair runner instead of peeling it back so it could be glued back down. she needs replace whole runner now and company could care less including there estimator! sheetrock replacement also more expensive because took a hammer to the walls instead of saw zall,nice straight lines! also have photos."
