I discussed this with the owner and he promised to complete the job, but never did. He didn't respond to multiple times I tried to communicate with him, by phone and email."

Only part I did not like was the hard sell approach of the sales person. Be prepared. Fortunately I had done my research on this company and am comfortable in my decision.
