"Mike and his crew are the best contractors I've ever had the pleasure of working with in the Morgantown, WV area. My chimney was leaking and I had contacted several contractors in the area and even scheduled a few only to experience no calls and no shows for appointments and ultimately being left with nothing but ignored calls. Mike was very professional, kind, and informative throughout the entire process. I left him a message and within an hour he had called me back to ask what he and his crew could do for me. In October of 2022 he repointed my chimney and replaced the cap to fix an ongoing leak issue I had been experiencing. Mike was thorough in ensuring the leak was fixed and even asked me to hold off leaving this review until I had experienced several good rain storms to ensure the work was done. Mike and his crew should be the standard for contractor integrity. They are my first call for all my home improvement needs and I already have him lined up for a ceiling replacement."

"We contracted with Ben of Level Interior Solutions LLC for a total interior painting project. Part of the project was to repair a few areas of bad, peeling paint and to repair a ceiling area ruined by a leaking roof. We also wanted lay-in ceiling tile replaced in our sunroom. The scope of the job consisted of 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 hallways, kitchen, living room, foyer, TV room, sunroom, office, and laundry room, all in a tri-level home. It is a large project. Ben’s and his partner Skylar’s work is meticulous. They are skilled at prep work. Nothing was left poorly done, or undone. Ben remarked that they will get the house looking as pristine as it looked right after it was newly built. And he did. Ben and Skylar are excellent painters. There are no paint overruns, smears, lines, or misses. The ceilings and walls are perfect. Their work ethic is exactly what is wanted and expected. They always appear when they say they will, inform us of what they will be doing that day, work professionally the entire day, and clean up at the end of the day. The entire job took 2 weeks and 2 days, and never once did we have to sit in a dusty, messy home. Ben and Skylar made sure that the work area was presentably clean and not left in total disruption. We have no reservations in recommending Ben of Level Interior Solutions for your interior needs. It will take several hours or more to build a sauna. A prefab kit will take anywhere from three to 20 hours to install, depending on complexity and your skill level. A steam shower goes in place of an existing shower, has an opening at the top, and functions as both a shower and a source of steam (at around 110 F). Because steam is involved, steam showers are classified as wet heat. ( Pro Tip: Never run the steam for more than 20 minutes at a time, as you may start to feel overheated and like you live in a swamp.) For any humidity-haters, saunas are enclosed spaces that can be put anywhere in the house and produce dry heat. That means they use electricity to power the heat rather than water to create steam.

Both saunas and steam rooms offer some health benefits as well as a good return on investment. While there’s more research on saunas than steam rooms and fewer reported risks with steam rooms, the latter tend to be better for reducing stress.
