Now in business for himself, Ramses Rapalo and his staff of certified, experienced, direct employee roofing specialists are finally setting out to make names for themselves. After completing an average of over 500 roofing projects each year for the past decade, Ramses and his staff under the newly formed Perfect Roofing & Siding are certified by every major roofing manufacturer. His installation professionals are meticulously selected, trained and certified and drug tested. Perfect Roofing & Siding consists of certified product specialists working as a family with its industry partners, valued employees and most importantly, its customers! "We were initially impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the sales staff. The job, was to repair part of our roof, make and install several gutters. However, the crew did not arrive as quickly as was implied and barely spoke english. (this made it hard, nearly impossible, to communicate). The workers, asked if they could use our bender machine, which was fine with us, since they did not have one. They worked that first day (10/31) then didn’t return for a month. We were told, this was because the gutter machine was broke. Again, the job was to make and install gutters. In the meantime, they left our roof partially exposed to weather, left two stacks of loose shingles on the roof, a rope hanging off the peak of the roof and didn’t even re-cover our equipment they used. (All of this was left like this for a whole month, exposed to the weather) in addition my husband had to go to the store and purchase supplies they didn’t have. After several phone calls and weeks passed they finally came back and completed the job to my husband’s satisfaction. The worst part was we couldn’t communicate with the workers on site, the best part was the lady in their office, Kathy, did go out of her way to help resolve our issues. She was great"

"I got an estimate in December 2018 and they scheduled the work for March. Originally, they said they would replace my gamble vent since that was the source of the leak. A week before the job, they called and said they fired that estimator and didn’t feel like the new gable vent was necessary. They took $100 off the estimate to seal things up. The next week, they arrived, but didn’t arrive until 7:30 PM! Just enough time to tear things apart but not fix anything. I couldn’t afford another day off, so when they came back to finish the job, I left the check on our porch. They did a horrible job. Amateurish at best. In fact, there was nails and debris everywhere. I cleaned it up myself. Best of all, it still leaks. I tried to get them back to fix it, but they have ignored my messages. Honestly, I don’t want them back on my property. Can’t trust this company."
