Thompson Heating & CoolingIt went great as always. The technician, Tom, was very knowledgeable, efficient and polite. I can’t say enough about this company’s excellent service! We discovered Thompson’s Heating and Cooling this past winter when our furnace wouldn’t kick on——We called them for a second opinion and quote, after the first company we reached out to arrived “rushed” and noticeably confused as to what the problem actually was. In fact, the owner of the company himself, claimed that we needed three new parts totaling $1,500. Fortunately, we found Thompson’s! The price? $259 and only one new part! It turned out that the furnace was dirty and the gas valve was blocked. Need I say more. Thank you Thompson for your exceptional service!- Cindy B.

Ken came out for an estimate in one day, diagnosed the problem, and came out two days later and not only installed a new A/C system, but moved it to a new preferred location! His workers are kind, and wonderful — strong worth ethic. Ken was easy to get ahold of and responded quickly. when tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

We install Under Deck Ceilings underneath elevated decks to make a nice dry, bright living space . We can add lights and fans during the installation. This area can also be used for storage.

Dusty and his crew did an amazing job with our deck, replacing an old (and lesser quality) plastic ceiling with his more durable and beautiful aluminum system. Dusty was incredibly responsive, giving us detailed quotes in person and via email. Once his crew was able to reopen for work (he was temporarily closed during the COVID-19 closures), they immediately came out and completed our large deck project in a single day! The attention to detail that Dusty and his crew are capable of is impressive - they were able to make the patio under deck even more usable by expanding the coverage of the ceiling, moving the drainage and downspouts to a better location, and installing a soffit to the outer portion of the deck that not only looks great but also keeps birds and other critters from getting in. Overall, we couldn't be happier. Highly recommended!

Awesome, stress free experience. Royce and his partner Jake (?) were outstanding. When our truck load was 160 lbs over the truck's weight limit of 8,500 lbs, they removed their spare tools and equipment and drove the 890 miles with no more than 1/2 their fuel load to stay underweight. Nothing damaged and they were so helpful in getting all our furniture and boxes into the right places. Protected walls and floors and disassembled and reassembled beds and tables without issues. Outstanding and would hire them again. Thank you!
