"Eric and Zachary have come to my parents' house twice and done all kinds of tasks for them that my parents couldn't easily do themselves (clearing out their packed-full attic, deep cleaning the basement, trimming hedges, cleaning tile floors in the master bedroom [and removing and putting back all the furniture to do so], hauling truckloads of stuff away...) and they'll be back soon to clean and seal all the grout on the house's first floor. They're a godsend--super efficient, easy to deal with, up for anything, and very reasonably priced.
