Brian came out the same day to provide an estimate, and scheduled a repair for the same week. He showed up on time and completed the job efficiently. He was very honest with his evaluation and he explained everything he did. Very pleased with this company!

All the work I have had done I was very pleased with.

I saw Brian's deal on Angie's list, and I called him right away. My husband and I had been pricing roofers for a while, and Brian's price was right in line with our budget. I phoned him and he called back the same day :) Brian's team came over and we reviewed the roof, and we hired him that day. He and his team were professional, kind, and all around good people (my 13 month old loved them). They were also very good at their job! Our roof, as noted, was in pretty bad shape, a little worse then we knew, although expected. Brian took care of it with little adjustment to the price (hooray!). He also helped replace some shingles on our side. When the job was done, his team had our back breezeway and patio looking like new. We will recommend to anyone who needs a roof.

The jobwas weather-delayed for several days, but the work was completed in a single day when the weather allowed.  The new shingles have a much thicker "3-D" appearance than the old shingles.

Brian was great to work with. He called me back right away and set up an estimate for repairing and replacing some siding that had fallen off the back of our house. When he knew he was running late the day of the estimate, he called to let me know. He was nice enough to not knock as requested since our baby was napping. Brian got back to us with a price fast (best quote we received) and was able to do the work less than a week later. He showed up on time and did a great job. I would highly recommend him - he was easy to work with, communicated with us and was very professional. I am very pleased as he was the first contractor we hired from Angie's List.

It was the deal on the price that really sold us. Once the job was started they were done in a day to a day and a half-- very fast!

He was one of only a few of the roofers we contacted who put his quote in writing and his quote was well below all the others.  He guarnateed the materials based on the manufacturers warranty and his labor for 10 years.  Shingle samples were provided to select the color before beginning.  He was a few weeks late beginning the job due to poor weather and because he was very busy, but he was personally on the job every day and, once he started the job, he stayed with it and brought in additional people as needed until the job was finished.  The job was done for the quoted price with no additional or "surprise" charges.  Overall, we were very pleased with his work and are happy with the results.

overall it went well. we did run into some unexpected problems. during the time the work was being done the weather was very unpredictable. the roof was in the middle of being put on. the workers were done for the day. that night we had a terrible storm. into the am. my daughter yelled to me it was raining in her bedroom. when I went in water was pouring down. all over the carpet around her ceiling fan.what a huge flood and mess. I then went into my sons bedroom to find the same problem.. I immediately called brian. he was at are house with in 15 min. he said that 1 of his workman did not do something right. he then went on roof in rain and fixed it. he eventually repaired the damaged done to both rooms. yes it was a big inconvience to us. brian told us that he fired that worker that didn't do the job right. my roof is finished. it looks great. so far im very happy with it.

 Brian was helpful and professional throughout.  At one point a crew member did not properly set the gutter prior to breaking for the weekend.  This coincided with a 2-3 inch rainfall that caused leakage and water damage to my sun room and laundry room  below.  Brian apologized and brought in a dry wall installer to repair the damage with no argument.  He took responsibility and immediately addressed the problem.  I could not have asked for more..  He was so good in fact, that I contracted him for a second job, to finish my gables with aluminum and vinyl scallop shakes.  He also provided me contact with another contractor to replace my attic windows as he did not have the time or resources to add this third job this summer. 
I will write a second review for the gables and shakes contract.  I was very pleased with his work.  I recommend Brian Griggle wholeheartedly and will call him again in the future.

I called to get my gutters cleaned on 9/19/13. I made an appointment for 9/25/13. They arrived at 10:00 am and came in to talk to me about how they were going to clean my gutters. They went outside and got up my side porch roof with their ladders. They got a bag of mud and plants from my side gutter. The cleaned the rest of my gutters and cleaned up after their work. They came in to tell me about a problem with my side gutter draining. They thanked me for choosing them.

They started the roof at the beginning of February and finished it at the end of the month. It snowed several times between when they removed the old roof and when they put on the new roof.

I am a disabled person and the crew left debris on the sidewalk that prevented me from entering my home.

I'm still finding nails in my yard in July.

Brian listened to and addressed all of our concerns, including adding extra insulation where requested. He was easy to contact via phone, email, or text. He is very personable and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him.

Brian was very easy to work with and got everything done very quickly. Brian is easy to talk with and reasonably priced compared to other vendors. Brian replaced one vent that was rotting and put in new gutter guards as well, which was not part of the original cost for free. I would highly recommend Brian!

I went searching for a chimney repair contractor on Angie's List after I had a 100+ year old chimney collapse which sent bricks flying off of my roof.  The actual work of removing the chimney wasn't the issue, it was more that the chimney was very difficult to get to on a steep rooftop three stories up.
I did contact 7 different contractors from Angie's list of which Brian was only the second person to actually pick up the phone and give me a firm day to even bid the work.  Since there was quite the safety concern, he was kind enough to bid the work, complete the job, and clean up all in a timely manner ( less than 4 days from when I called him). 
I am remarkably greatful for his willlingness (and his brother, Bill) to do the work so quickly.  I would certainly use them again, and probably will, since I own many rental homes and decent exterior contractors are hard to find.

He was very professional, prompt. He was good, as far as I can tell he did everything that we asked for. He offered the first cleaning for free. It was pretty much stress free.

Our roof has been leaking for quite some time, and we had many failed attempts at 'patching' the area around the chimney. I contacted Brian and he was quick to respond and extremely courteous in communication. He came out for an estimate and explained multiple options for our repairs in great detail, which made me feel extremely comfortable with my choice. He re-pointed our chimney, re-flashed, and repaired the roof surrounding and laid new shingles. The work took him a day and a half, and he finished the day before we got hit by 'Superstorm Sandy' - not a single drop of water has entered my house during the 3 days of rain we have endured so far. I am extremely pleased with his service, would use him when it comes time to replace the roof, and would recommend him to all of my friends and family.

Brian did an excellent job,  extremely professional, gave me a lot of explanations and pointers that I could easily understand. Very on time, a very hard worker.

Brian was referred to me by my brother, who had used him on his rental property. Brian answers his phone and provides a fair price. After deciding to use him for the project, he stayed on schedule and worked through some pretty hot days when our neighbors roofers stopped showing up. He cleaned up after he was finished and talked through what he accomplished and any issues he found, he is nice to talk to and courteous. I have used Brian several times since then for gutter repairs and leaking drainage pipes and he always come through.

I spent about $1100 or $1200 on that service. He is not too reliable with the time when he comes. He would say that he cannot make it today, but once he is here he does a good job. I think that the pricing was fair and he did a good job.

Brian came over, went up on the roof and into the attic, told me exactly what was wrong in terms I could understand and what needed to be done to get it fixed. He even took before and after pictures to show me what he did. Plus he gave me a very generous guarantee on the work. I have never been on my roof in the 9 years I have lived in the house, and it would be very easy for someone to go up there, do nothing, and then charge me $$$$. I believe this has happened a few times in the past.
