Replaced the whole roof,repaired front porch repaired the rear rain gutter, faceplate was riped off from the last snow storm and the damaged shingles over bay window. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

It is both functionally sound (with a heater, fan and windows) and aesthetically pleasing (it matches the architecture of the rest of our house). "This was a fantastic experience. My initial call for a bid was responded to very quickly. The work did take longer than initially planned, but this was because the prep needed was pretty intensive. Communication was easy and the work faultless. Adaptations that hat to be made because of a 100+ year old house were easily and fairly discussed and negotiated. I was so comfortable with them right away, they had a key to the house. The only possible reason I would not want to recommend them, is that you will read this and want to hire them.... and then I will have trouble getting scheduled with the rest of my projects! They use only Sherwin Williams, which should tell you their professionalism and goal to make the completed project last a long time."
