"My heat pump system went out and needed replaced. I had my service provider of 15 years leave me with no quote or option to repair my unit. I contacted 5 contractors and Scott of Sheafferâ s called me within hours and visited my home immediately to to check my system and give me a quote for replacement. Scottâ s quote was very reasonable and he said he can get me up with a new Heat Pump with in 10 days. Iâ m writing this review 3 days from talking to Scott and his crew was here today to replace my HP and that is what I call service. All other contractors I spoke with said it would be 2-4 weeks to get me a new HP.
