Flume Exterior Cleaning LLC is a full service and owner-operated pressure washing business located in Dillsburg, PA. We specialize in restoring siding, decks, driveways, roofs, fences, and vehicles. "Said contractor did start out to do the work that was requested. Since the cemetery is locked he would at first let me know when he was coming. I would then leave the gate unlocked from him. Sometimes he would not even come when her said he would. He did start with some of the grinding of the (2) gates. The smaller gate he did grind the most of it. Then he did start to paint some of the smaller gate, but not the whole gate. So now that gate still is not fully painted. We requested 2 coats of rust primer and rust paint. Now the larger of the (2) gates is 3 quarters grinded with still paint and lichen still visible. A little portion of this gate is painted. He started this job in June 2023, I gave him allowance that there were some hot days that were not good to do anything. I had a set of keys to the cemetery made for him so that he could go and come to get the job do quicker. I have texted him and called him numerous times he does not answer my text nor does he return my phone calls. He had promised to have this work done by October end. I have not see him and he is no further along with this work then he was in early early September. The money that is being used for this project is grant money that I received from PA Hallowed Ground. If this work is not completed by the end time of the grant. I will have to return this money. This money was to pair this contractor for his work. I had to show proof to the organization that gave me this grant. So they have his signed contract. I at this time can not depend on this person to finish this job. The board has agreed to not do business with him and want to move forward with someone else that we be able to complete the job. I have contacted another company to finish this job and have informed them of this whole ordeal. We can not lose this GRANT MONEY, I worked to hard to get this grant. Also I want the keys to the cemetery back!!!!!"
