"The cleaning itself was great, really top-notch. Getting ahold of Ashley for anything (schedule change, additional cleaning, etc.) was impossible. I tried calling and emailing multiple times over 2 years. Responses were rare, and if they occurred it was generally so delayed that it no longer mattered. We have decided to change providers due to this issue."
