We have had one window cleaned so far and its been fine. He did a great job of cleaning the windows. I had to talk to him about wiping the window sills because of the residue, but that is typical of most window cleaners so he was fine.

They come by often. They don’t schedule and they just come. I pay $20 for their services. The price varies and it depends on how long back you started with them. I don’t think they would give out that price now. I signed up with them over 20 years ago. They are very reasonable and they come frequently. The windows look great. I am entirely happy with them.

They do a good job and show up whenever it is convenient for them. We don’t know when they will come. They just slap against the window, and then we know that they are here. I am sure that if we call and ask them, they probably would come. Their professionalism is fine. They stick the bill in the door. For $20, we get all of our windows cleaned on the outside; they just do the outside and don’t come in. We started 20 years ago with them, and they have kept the price constant. I am almost positive that is not the price they would quote anymore. We don’t know how expensive they would be for any new customer. We would rate them highly and would continue to use them in the future.

I have decided to go with another company. Last two times they did not do a good job. The one time they thought no one was home and they did all my windows in about 10 minutes. Dirt marks that were there when they came were still there when they left. I would not have known anyone even came if I had not been home. They kept raising their price on me I know there are cheaper window washers out there. I have also never talked to a human at this company. It's always a message machine. No one ever seems to return calls.
