Good and did a nice job.....

This was the second time I used their service. First time it was adequate. I had planed on using them every 2-3 months in the future if things went well. I had just finished a large remodeling project including new hard flooring and carpeting. They came yesterday morning and when the man (I believe Josh is his name) came in to clean sliding glass doors, big picture window on landing, and dining room windows, I went into the kitchen to stay out of his way. When I came out there were water puddles by the sliding glass door and drips all over the place leading through the living room, hallway, up the newly carpeted steps to the large picture window. Josh was cleaning the window with a wet squeegee and no bucket or cloth to protect the water from dripping. He dipped it outside and just came inside with it dripping all over the place. I am told not to put chemicals on the flooring, and I certainly don't also want dirty water all over my flooring and new carpeting - which is what he did. I showed him and asked why he doesn't have a bucket or something like the other companies use when inside. He acted like it was no big deal and even said so. He tried to wipe most of it up with my assistance. His attitude and utter disrespect for a customers property was astonishing. He really did not see this as a problem to drip all over someones home. He never apologized, said he should have used something to protect my floors and carpeting and really just didn't get it. I said I was calling the office to suggest that they have a policy to use a bucket or rag to protect the floors when walking through with a squeegee. He said to call because they are probably ending the north hills route anyway and I should call 3D Window cleaning. I've never experienced anything like this with someone who truly didn't even care, so I just paid him and called the office to leave a message stating there was a problem with their cleaning person and requested a return call. I left another message this morning and still no call from Rosalie or anyone. Due to that, I have ceased dealing with them as they do not seem like they are customer focused or respect their customers property. I left a message to remove me from future calls and service. I understand that employees can make a mistake - I can't understand Josh not apologizing or admitting that he shouldn't have let it drip all over the house. I also don't understand how a customer complaint like this doesn't deserve a return call promptly. Very disappointed as Rosalie seemed so nice. Can't recommend at all though. I judge people by how they handle a problem and they failed. I will update if ever do get a call back and let you know what they say.

It was good overall--they came when they said they would, there were a couple of guys working and they definitely got all of the windows, and overall it was 'mission accomplished'--windows were clean. There were spots and streaks on some of the windows after they left, so I wouldn't call it an 'excellent' experience, but they did a good enough job. My one big complaint would be that they damaged a couple of the plants next to my house when they cleaned. Nothing major--the plants lived--but I haven't had that experience with other window cleaners in the past and it was kind of a bummer to see broken stems on spring flowers and shrubs.

We had used them for a year or two with good results. However, in 2016 we needed some roof repair work done and had the gutters cleaned at the same time. Therefore, I did not call them to request the service that year. I got a voicemail from them at 4:30pm on December 23 saying that they would be coming the next day to clean the gutters. I was traveling for the holidays and did not get the message until after the work had been performed. When I complained after the first invoice was sent for payment, I received a second invoice with an late payment interest charge of $8.03. I wrote a check to cover the initial payment (even though we did not need the cleaning), along with a letter stating that I would not be using their services again and received another invoice for the late payment charge. I sent a check to cover that as well, which was never cashed, and I received yet another letter requesting that payment. I replied that I had already paid it and that I would never use their services again. The quality was good but the customer service was absolutely terrible so I would not recommend this vendor to anyone.

They came early and completed the job perfectly. I would definitely use them again!

I cannot really complain. I thought the pricing was good. They are real good responsive-wise. They were actually very quick. They came in. They did all the windows. They did not waste any time and did not leave any messes.

Great job. Cleaned both gutters and re-fastened where necessary. Used hose to test downspout draining. Explained gutter situation very well. Did not try to sell me anything additional.

It went perfectly! I am a very picky person and hard to impress but Joe George went beyond my expectations with the quality of work, the timely start to complete the job, the more than fair price and the excellent customer service!

This was the second time I've had them come to clean my windows.  Scheduling was quick and easy.  The man who came to clean the windows was friendly and professional.  I feel the price is reasonable.  He did a great job.
