I contacted Fred the week before the work was done. Impressed with the turnaround time from first contact until work completed (exactly 1 week).
3 guys showed up first thing in the morning (9am) to review pricing and work to be completed. Once agreed, they got started and work completed in about an hour. They did nearly 30 windows and gutters. Some of the windows were awkward to reach due to ground sloping. Very professional.
Some of the windows were extremely dirty. We live in a heavily wooded area so pollen, moss, etc. have turned the sills from white to green in places. Needless to say, the sills and windows look great now!

Fred is always prompt and efficient. He contacts me to schedule cleaning so I don't have to remember to call him. I have been using Fred for about 10 years and am always happy with his work.

Have used Fred for years. He and his employees are always efficient, professional, prompt. Once window accidently cracked during cleaning (bee incident) and he replaced it. Set up schedule for # of times/year and he comes - I never have to think about it.

They bring about three people to complete the work. The service is very good. They are very polite. I call a number and they respond in a day or two days at the most. They let us know when they are going to be in the area and we pin down a time to do the work. Sometimes they are proactive and call us when they are in the area. They always come and get right to work. I always have them clean the outside because some levels require ladders. There are three little windows inside the home that are high up and they clean those as well. They complete the work quickly and I am pleased with the results. . I continue to use their services.

While cleaning the inside and outside of the windows they broke a window screen. The workers who came were okay but I would not use them again. They did replace the window. When they left I was not here so I didn't know about it and they didn’t tell me about it. When someone breaks something you expect them to tell you about it and leave a note mentioning it but they didn't. I had to call them back and tell them to come do the window. Their price was not a bargain. They did clean my windows but they broke something. 

I have used Fred's services for a number of years and have always been happy with the work he and his people perform.
