"Extremely well. I call Adams Construction for everything. The work and work ethic are impeccable. The estimates are very reasonable. As a professional property manager in the Real Estate industry for 21+ years, I've worked with an array of contractors. None compare to Adams Construction. 10 years of experience

Buvens Construction is a honest, hard working, contracting company thats number ONE goal is to leave the client satisfied when the job is completed. There is one main contractor but I hire other contractors as needed. Only having one contractor as the main person to do the work guarantees the quality of work performed. I take one job at a time to provide you the fastest completion time possible. I will never ask for more then one third of the total cost of the job upfront. This secures your spot on my schedule and is used to purchase some of the job materials in advance. Buvens Construction is a new company but I have been doing construction work since I was 15. I will never take a job that I am not qualified to complete.

Not all wood that’s been softened by termites needs to be replaced. You may be able to salvage wood using a wood hardener instead of replacing beams. However, you’ll need to hire a structural engineer to assess the damage and the overall stability of the wood before making a replacement plan.
