"Over the past few years, we have worked with Tool Masters Home Improvement Inc. for several projects around our house and are always very satisfied with the result. Our first experience with them was for a bathroom remodel and we could not be happier. The quality and detail of craftsmanship is superb and has completely transformed new life to what once was an old, out-of-date bathroom. Just recently we renovated our upstairs which was pretty much only used for storage space. It is now two spacious bedrooms with vaulted ceilings giving it the whole area a nice open feel. "RCDM Contracting provided an estimate to place a window in our basement. We accepted the offer and paid 1/2 of the project cost as a deposit in mid July 2019. RCDM suggested one date to place the window which was not a day we could have the work done. I reached out through email, Facebook, and phone calls. He stopped replying a month ago. Even once answered the phone and put my husband on hold when my husband identified himself, never returned to the call, and never called us back. We have asked (through email and Facebook messaging) to be contacted about having our deposit returned. RCDM Contracting has not contacted us in any manner. I have NEVER had a contractor take a deposit and then not do the work. He has ghosted us."
